The Winter 2018 Issue of the Journal of Business Management and Change issue is alive
We are excited to announce our Fall 2019 conference WBM 2019 / Dijon held in Dijon France at the beautiful Holiday Inn Toison D'or. The conference is located at the famous and upscale Toison D'or Shopping Center, surrounded by restaurants, theaters and high-end shopping. Dijon is in the center of the Burgundy wine region.
The Sainte-Foy-La-Grande farmers market takes place from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm the day of our conference. If you can sneak in when it opens you can get food from the best farmers market in all of France.
Be warned... all the major streets in city center are blocked off from cars.... so plan your trip to our conference wisely! We are very excited to announce our 2018 WBM Bordeaux conference taking place on September 21-22, 2018 in Bordeaux France. This year's conference will have a theme of "Wine Business Research" and will include many research presentations focusing on wine business, in addition to our traditional conference themes. All research is welcome.
The conference will include several wine-themed activities and will take place in the city center of the historic district of Bordeaux. We look forward to meeting with new researchers from throughout the world in this supportive and friendly conference. We will have a special workshop at the 2016 Las Vegas conference focused on publishing within the new AACSB guidelines. This workshop comes one week after the major AACSB conference in Salt Lake City. In our workshop we will have a special opportunity for all attendees to prepare new research with other WBM attendees.
This innovative workshop will be included in the registration fees of the conference. Dr. Alfred Petrosky and Dr. Andrew Hinrichs will be organizing this special workshop. We are excited to see the Lyon conference approach the point of being sold-out. We have a variety of interesting papers covering case studies, new presentation methods, new technologies and new practice in business education.
Be prepared to eat well, and drink even better, as this conference is located in the heart of France's food capital. Special thanks go to Dr. Kevin Pon who is making the local arrangements. |
