Welcome to the WBM 2026 / Las Vegas International Research Conference for the Management Disciplines, a premier online in-person research conference focused on the management disciplines. This conference provides a vibrant forum for academics and scholars to share their latest research findings, teaching methods, and course materials in a collaborative and engaging online environment. We are happy to return to beautiful Napa Valley. This conference will focus on the Management Disciplines (Management/HR/OB, Marketing, International Business, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting etc.)
This conference will have a duel focus split into two different sessions:
Join us at the University of Nevada Las Vegas for an intellectually stimulating and enriching two-day conference focused on cutting-edge research in the management disciplines with a special emphasis on the unique challenges and opportunities facing the wine industry.
Location:
The conference will be held on the campus at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada in side the University Student Union Conference Center. This facility is world-class and many of the top students within the nationally-ranked Hospitality program at UNLV work the event.
Note that the UNLV campus (Specifically Maryland Boulevard is only about 5 minutes off the famous Las Vegas strip. You can UBER directly to the conference location for about $10-12. There will also be parking at the University in front of the conference building (both regular and disabled).

This conference will be live. We will allow for limited presentations virtually as videos or possibly via zoom if technology permits. We have many successful presentations done via zoom in the past and are always open to this.

We invite you to submit your research to the WBM 2026 / Las Vegas conference.
Submission Guidelines:
- Submissions should be original, unpublished works, either abstracts or completed papers.
- Abstracts should be no more than 350 words and include the research question, methodology, and key findings.
- Full papers can be of any length.
- Submissions should be formatted according to APA guidelines in the final paper if submitted to our journals. We are flexible if you have formatted the paper in other formats.
Submission Deadline: March 10, 2026
Conference Highlights:
- Wine will be served during presentations! We do this at all of our events.... we can't help it!
- Paper Presentations: In-depth discussions of the latest research findings and their implications for practice.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow researchers, industry professionals, and potential collaborators in a relaxed and scenic setting.

- EARLY REGISTRATION: $525 (US) for one paper. (if paid prior to January 30, 2026)
- REGULAR REGISTRATION: $605 (US) for one paper. (if paid between January 31 and March 1, 2026)
- LATE REGISTRATION: $675 (US) for one paper. (if paid after March 1, 2026).
