Submissions
We are accepting both abstract and full papers. Please submit to: wbmconference@yahoo.com. The file format can be WORD or PDF. Please include all authors names in the submission. Please submit all documents in English. There are no maximum or minimum limits on page numbers.
The WBM conferences are known as inclusive and relaxed conferences. They are the friendly conferences. We are open to all types of presentations including theoretical, empirical, case studies, pedagogical demonstrations, historical essays, and technology reviews.
Conference Dates
We are planning on holding the conference in Marcy 15, 2024.
There will be dedicated issue to the Journal of Business Management & Change and Western Journal of Human Resource Management focused on research presented at this conference.
WBM 2023 / New York
This conference will be live in New York City but will allow for asynchronous presentations. Presenters will use any technology of choice to prepare a video presentation of their research if they choose to do this. This will then be submitted to be posted on the conference website. Registrants will then have access to the presentation and the ability to ask authors questions. Authors can then respond to questions. The presentations will stay up for a while, allowing everyone time to see each presentation. You can also present virtually (asynchronous) on April 3. This format was very successful for our Napa Valley conference and we will continue this with Lisbon.
Getting to the Conference
The conference will be held at the Cornell University, School of Industrial & Labor Relations Conference Center. The location offers unprecedented beauty and access to one of the world's great historic cities.
