Welcome to the WBM 2024 / Teaching & Pedagogy International Research Conference, a premier online synchronous research conference focused on innovation and excellence in pedagogy and teaching within the business disciplines! This conference provides a vibrant forum for academics and scholars to share their latest research findings, teaching methods, and course materials in a collaborative and engaging online environment. Our first ever Teaching & Pedagogy conference was live in Lyon, France. We plan on having one teaching and pedagogy conference per year.

We invite you to submit your research to the WBM 2024 / Teaching & Pedagogy conference, a premier online synchronous research conference focused on innovation and excellence in pedagogy and teaching within the business disciplines! This conference provides a vibrant forum for academics and scholars to share their latest findings on business education with a global audience. We welcome submissions that explore a wide range of topics related to teaching and learning in business education, including:
Effective teaching methods and strategies
Innovative course design and development
Assessment and evaluation techniques
The use of technology in business education
Business education curriculum development
The scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) in business disciplines
The WBM conferences are known as inclusive and relaxed conferences. They are the friendly conferences. We are open to all types of presentations including theoretical, empirical, case studies, pedagogical demonstrations, historical essays, and technology reviews.
We are particularly interested in submissions that:
Address current trends and challenges in business education.
Demonstrate a strong theoretical foundation and practical application.
Offer valuable insights for improving teaching and learning outcomes.
Submission Guidelines:
Submissions should be original, unpublished works.
Abstracts should be no more than 250 words and include the research question, methodology, and key findings.
Full papers can be of any length.
Submissions should be formatted according to APA guidelines in the final paper if submitted to our journals.

REGULAR REGISTRATION: $220 (US) for one paper. Paid between July 21 to September 20th, 2024
LATE REGISTRATION: $250 (US) for one paper. Paid between Sept 21 to October 21, 2024.

Submissions We are accepting both abstract and full papers. Please submit to: wbmconference@yahoo.com. The file format can be WORD or PDF. Please include all authors names in the submission. Please submit all documents in English. There are no maximum or minimum limits on page numbers.
Conference Dates & Times The conference takes place on October 21-22, 2024.
October 21 - Sessions from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time / California)
October 22 - Sessions from 8:00 am LONDON TIME (GMT) to 6:00 pm LONDON TIME (GMT)
We are using these two different time schedules to allow for scholars from different time zones to participate.
Technology The conference will be held 100% online, synchronous via zoom. Each session will be moderated. Each presenter should have access to a microphone and camera (optional). You will present your research live on zoom. The conference will be run out of a network that averages 2000 megabytes per second so the risk of network crashing/slowdowns is close to zero.
Conference Format This conference will be live100% online via zoom. All presenters will present their research as a zoom presentation.
