CALL FOR PAPERS
We will be holding our Spring 2020 conference in Napa Valley, March 27-28, 2020. We are very excited to return to California for yet another fun and productive event. We have had conferences in Lyon, Dijon/Burgundy and Bordeaux in prior years and are very excited to explore the wine regions of Napa Valley.
Paper/Abstract Submission Deadline: March 3, 2020
The conference takes place at the beautiful River Terrace Inn, a few minutes walk to beautiful downtown Napa, The Copia Center by the Culinary Institute of America and the Oxbow Market. This river-front hotel provides an iconic view of the beautiful Napa Valley and is very near hundreds of wineries and tasting rooms. https://www.riverterraceinn.com/
$500 per physical attendee (Early fee prior to January 11, 2020)
$550 per physical attendee Regular Registration Fee
$600 per physical attendee Late fee (after March 8, 2020
$250 per doctoral student (Solo author only) and must verify Doctoral Status). There will be limits on # of doctoral registrants
We give rapid responses to conference submissions (typically averaging 5 days). Either an abstract, working paper, or full paper is sufficient for presentation consideration in the conference. Many past attendees ultimately submitted research notes or full papers to be considered in one of the four conference journals. You are not required to submit the full paper for presentation. We are known as a great conference to test out early research and receive supportive and friendly feedback.
We will accept papers and abstracts in electronic form:
1) Full papers - no page limitations
2) Abstracts - no limit on submission; final published draft of abstract cannot be more than 500 words when it is published in the program, but may be of any length for conference submission.
Please choose from the paper topics to the right. You may choose more than one topic area as needed.
Submissions should be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Electronic submissions are strongly encouraged.
Electronic submissions or abstracts and summaries should be in Rich-text-format (RTF), PDF, plain text (TXT) or Microsoft Word format. If an author has need of special symbols that are likely to display incorrectly in a electronic submission please send an additional version of the documents in Adobe Acrobat format (i.e. PDF) with fonts embedded. Our ultimate requirement for journal submission is MS WORD format.
Please include the following within the body of the email:
4. Text of Abstract (up to 500 words)
If you are having trouble submitting in any of the above methods, please email us at email@example.com and we may be able to work out another means.
