EDWARD HERNANDEZ, PH.D

Program Chair
Edward H. Hernandez received his Ph.D in Management at the University of California, Irvine and is a Professor of Management/HR at the College of Business Administration at California State University Stanislaus.  He has served as Club Advisor for the HR Club and Wine Business Club at CSU Stanislaus and coached the the 2010 SHRM National Championship HR Games team. He was named SHRM National Club Advisor of the Year in 2010. 

RANDY BERNAL​

Industry Liaison / Program Coordinator
​Randy Bernal, SPHR/SHRM-SCP brings multiple years in the field of Human Resources having worked at both the world largest winery (E&J Gallo WInery) and the world's largest cheese factory (Hilmar Cheese Factory)(what a combo!! He currently teaches in the College of Business Administration at California State University Stanislaus. 

RACHEL GOMES

Assistant Organizers
Rachel is an MBA student at California State University Stanislaus and former Vice-President  of the HR club on campus. She will be the assistant organizer for the WBM 2026/ Las Vegas conference. She is a multiple award winner including Outstanding HR Graduate with a 3.99 GPA.
