EDWARD HERNANDEZ, PH.D

Program Chair
Edward H. Hernandez received his Ph.D in Management at the University of California, Irvine and is a Professor of Management/HR at the College of Business Administration at California State University Stanislaus.  He has served as Club Advisor for the HR Club and Wine Business Club at CSU Stanislaus and coached the the 2010 SHRM National Championship HR Games team. He was named SHRM National Club Advisor of the Year in 2010. 

RANDY BERNAL​

Industry Liaison / Program Coordinator
​Randy Bernal, SPHR/SHRM-SCP brings multiple years in the field of Human Resources having worked at both the world largest winery (E&J Gallo WInery) and the world's largest cheese factory (Hilmar Cheese Factory)(what a combo!! He currently teaches in the College of Business Administration at California State University Stanislaus. 

FAITH MENARY​ / RACHEL GOMES

Assistant Organizers
​Faith is an undergraduate student in Human Resource Management at California State University Stanislaus and President of the HR club on campus. She will be the assistant organizer for the WBM 2023/ Napa Valley conference, WBM 2023 / Lake Tahoe student leadership conference. Faith was also a talented player on our campus Volleyball team and throughout her life.
Rachel is an undergraduate student in Human Resource Management at Human Resource Management at California State University Stanislaus and Vice-President  of the HR club on campus. She will be the assistant organizer for the WBM 2023/ Napa Valley conference, WBM 2023 / Lake Tahoe student leadership conference. She has a 4.0 in all of her studies and is destined for HR greatness!
