• EARLY REGISTRATION: $525 (US)  for one paper.  (if paid prior to January 12, 2025)
• REGULAR REGISTRATION: $605 (US)  for one paper.  (if paid between January 12 and March 10, 2025)
• LATE REGISTRATION:  $675 (US) for one paper.  (if paid between March 10, 2025 and April 1, 2025).

WBM 2025 / Napa Valley

​The registration is 100% electronic (via Eventbrite/PayPal) and requires a major credit card (or debit card). If you do not have a credit card a check is acceptable, but must cleared before registration is official.  We can also arrange wire transfers.

There are no refunds of any kind for any reason.  We offer credit for future conferences. This has been used successfully and has proven to be a win/win solution.  Do not register for this conference if you don't intend on attending. If a live conference gets cancelled through due to COVID restrictions (or similar health or disaster scares) we will convert the conference to an online-conference. No-shows (weather/travel interruptions) will NOT result in refunds for anyone.  When someone registers, we spend significant sums of money for food and materials that are not refundable to conference organizers.  If appropriate, we may credit the registration for a future conference.  We have done this successfully for folks in the past, especially frequent attenders. If you cannot physically attend, we can make arrangement for a digital presentation.  We have also done this successfully in the past.
