The Sainte-Foy-La-Grande farmers market takes place from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm the day of our conference. If you can sneak in when it opens you can get food from the best farmers market in all of France. Be warned... all the major streets in city center are blocked off from cars.... so plan your trip to our conference wisely!
